Patricia A. Rust has extensive experience handling divorces, both contested and uncontested. In the fields of paternity and child support, Ms. Rust helps unmarried clients receive the legal rights biological parents are entitled. Having worked as an intern for the Public Defender in Clarksville, Montgomery County, Tennessee, Ms. Rust settled approximately 300 misdemeanor cases in three months. Since that time she has settled and tried cases ranging from public intoxication to attempted first-degree murder.
